The hardware is a PLC, and Touch-screen MMI (Man-Machine interface). It is accompanied by our state-of-the-art SCADA software, which shall be installed in any existing PC in you premises.    The most important feature of the automation is the reporting.  Reports in two formats: (1) Detailed data (2) Single page cycle-summary reports are available for printing as and when required.  Reports are also stored digitally. This ensures storage of records on a CD/USB drive or any other digital media, saving cost and precious paper resources.
